My team asked me to tone it down because I referred to it initially as lunacy and they

asked that I referred to it as a certainty.

I do think that in several instances here there has been a technical violation of

Mr. Floyd's bond and that communications he made wound up before the eyes and

years of potential witnesses and co-defendants.

But not every violation compels revocation.

It got off to a slow start, but it eventually turned into one of the most

consequential hearings in the Fulton County Trump case so far.

On Friday we spent six hours zeroed in on Judge Scott McAfee's courtroom.

On the agenda were more than half a dozen procedural motions brought by defendants including

Donald Trump, David Schaefer, and Ray Smith.

But even more interesting were all the other issues that ended up getting discussed, like the timing for trials,

Trump's expectations, and what curveballs might be in store for the new year?

I was in Judge McAfee's courtroom, which was packed with reporters and seemingly just as many

defense attorneys.

The day started off on a dry note, some 90 minutes discussing the intricacies of the Electoral Count Act and the Constitution's supremacy clause.

But just after lunch came one of the more riveting exchanges in this case,
