so I'm wearing it for the camera. Y'all, real quick, for those of you who are new here, haven't been around for a while,

the sword of Damocles continues to hold fast.

Dionysius was a Greek tyrant, a king, and he had a subject, Damocles, who insisted to Dionysus

that Dionysus was a king of kings, was great, was all-powerful, was a rich man, and had it easy as a result.

And Dionysus told Damocles, you can sit on the throne for a day.

You can be king for a day and see what it's like.

And so Damocles came the next morning to sit on the throne.

And above him,

Dionysus had ordered a sword hung down above the throne, held by the single hair of a horse's tail, by a single hair and a horse's tail.

And Damocles, as the day went on, became more and more perturbed in trouble that at

any moment, that single hair, that single strand of horsehair could snap and impale

Damocles.

And so he begged Dionysus to please let him off the throne.
