who has been doing polling around the country,

including where I am in Georgia about Herschel Walker and the Republicans,

but also nationally, checking with him on Virginia,

where the polling trends there are pretty terrible for the Democrats now

in the run-up to the election.

And I've got to tell you again, as I start this hour, it's important, I think, to reiterate this.

The reason there is so much democratic rage right now is because they have for so long tried to convince everyone

that the Republicans were an existential threat to democracy,

and yet the voters are about to put the GOP back in charge, the Democrats are very, very, very upset

about that. And you need to understand it from that perspective. But things aren't going well

for the Democrats, in large part because Joe Biden is being led around

by a bunch of hyper progressives within his administration.

And it's starting to have deleterious effects on our national security and that of our allies.

I would remind you the NBC News Wall Street Journal poll shows that more Americans

believe the Republicans would be better able to handle national security than the Democrats.

They've got something like an 18 to 20 point lead on the issue of national security.

And now there's this.

This is from Dimitri Sevastopolow from the Financial Times. U.S. allies are lobbying Joe Biden

not to change American policy on the use of nuclear weapons. Amid concerned the president is

considering a no-first-use

declaration that could undermine long-established deterrent strategies aimed at Russia and China.
