Hello friends. This morning I am putting together at my mirror a look, makeup-wise, that I call

the C-B-A. It's a can't be asked. You know,

the thing is, at one point in my life, I used to do the whole works, all bells and whistles at

once. This is when I was a much younger woman. This new CBA look only has about three stages. It takes 95% less of the time.

First of all, we do a tiny bit of foundation, mainly just to cover spots. We go in with a statement lip in some kind of red.

It's got to be that immovable lip ink. That stuff that won't come off

even if you go into a full snog. Not that I do. And then to finish it all off, a big pair of

glasses. Okay, Grace Dent is ready for the day because I'm expecting a guest and I suspect that she has a similar forthright approach to the things that women are meant to do.
