Hi, it's Remy. Today is Wednesday, June 10th, and I'm still settling back into life on this side of the gate. A lot happened in the world while I was gone. So much of it is

upsetting and scary and it's probably something you have a lot of questions about.

What I've learned is that it's always best to talk about things.

If you see something on the news or even in your town,

talk about it with your parents or whoever the grown-ups are in your life. Tell them what you're

feeling, what you might be sad about or afraid of. Talk to them about how you can

help, how we can all help.

Mom and dad also tell me to stand up for what I believe.

We went to a peaceful socially distant protest when I got back. We marched for racial justice and

equality, right Alex?

Yeah, because if there's something we've learned, it's that we all live in this world,

or these inter-dimensional worlds, together.

We should all have basic human rights and we should all help each other have those rights

recognized.

This is something we have to do together.

That reminds me of a shout-out request I got this week.

It was from a family that has quarantiners from four generations who all listen together.

So, congrats to Nate Bach at Santa Rosa Academy

on being promoted to sixth grade

and for convincing his mom, aunt, and cousin Amanda to listen and discuss it with him each week.

We need our families more than ever these days.
