Welcome to a year in the Bible with Daily Grace. The Bible tells one big story of redemption,

0:09.1

and we want to spend five minutes every day journeying through the Bible from start to

0:14.3

finish and exploring how all of it points to Jesus.

Well, hey everyone, welcome to another episode of a year in the Bible with Daily Grace.

My name is Stephanie, and I will be your host through the book of Leviticus.

The book of Leviticus is the third book of the Bible, and it is a widely neglected book

1:37.6

book of Leviticus is a book about our holy God and how He has provided the way for

1:44.2

sinful people to be reconciled to Him through sacrifice. On this side of the cross, we

1:50.9

know that this is accomplished by the sacrifice of God's only Son, Jesus Christ, the true

1:56.6

and better spotless Lamb. So let's keep this in mind, allowing every detail in this book

2:02.8

to wet our appetite for the one who is to come. The first few verses of the very first

2:09.7

chapter of Leviticus offers us important context. In verses one through three, we read about

2:15.8

God talking to His servant Moses at the tent of meeting at Mount Sinai. The tent of meeting
