Recently, I was somewhere where I overheard two women, two beautiful smart women.

One of them was talking to the other one about the relationship that she was in

and how just there was all of this drama surrounding the relationship.

And I wanted to interject and I didn't because it's absolutely none of my business.

But I want to say what I wanted to say to these women to you because I want you to hear it

because I think that it's important for everyone, regardless of whether this is something

that is in your life now or not, you deserve the world.

You deserve people that love you, that support you, that make you feel safe,

that make you feel comfortable, that encourage you to be your best self.

That is what you deserve.

If you are listening to what I'm saying, you deserve that.

So here's the other fact that's really hard to wrap your brain around.

We all choose what energy gets to come into our life.

And sometimes it's really, really hard to break away from something that doesn't serve us
