Hi everyone. Welcome to the off the bench podcast. Loads of FPL to discuss today. We're going to be looking at Newcastle. How good have they been? Sala, keep or sell, rise of the budget players, some three-week punts before the

World Cup. It's going to be a good one. I'm your co-host, Janie Patici. And I'm Andy North.

Andy, it's a ventful weekend. We have to start with Newcastle though, right? What a result, but how many good FPL options are in that

team? Because I don't think they're getting enough love, are they? No, they're not. And I think

a lot of people are going for their defensive assets, which I think is right, because at home,

they are very, very good. They're keeping the clean sheets. And obviously, they've got players

like Nick Pope who picks up the bonus and Trippia, who's such a good attacking outlet. But I think attacking-wise,

we can start looking at our assets as well, because, you know, players like Almoron and

Callan Wilson should probably be higher up our watch list than they are at the moment. Yeah, I think

I'm with you. I didn't ask you how your weekend was. Did you have Newcastle defence. So they weren't the best for me. I had Pope and Trippia. At one point,

it was looking like they could do quite well.

But obviously,

Kane is inevitable.

He kind of scores his one goal of game at the moment,

doesn't he?

But I'm very,

very happy with them up until the World Cup.

You know, Pope and Trippier,

I know a lot of people have triple defence.

Yeah. You're having a worldly FPL season, right? What's your rank? I'm in the top 50K now, so that's good.

So I'm happy with that.

But yeah, I think if I stay within 50K before the World Cup starts,
