Jones, is Jay Fortman. Hello, Chris. How are you? I'm fine. How are you? I'm really well. Thank you so much for having me back, by the way.

I'm really pleased that I was able to get my foot in the door of this podcast so early on

and get in an album that I actually know very well indeed, and I did Revolver all those years ago.

The bad news is that now that it's been such a long time since we last saw each other, we've

had to do a little bit of barrel scraping for this one.

Is it barrel scraping or is it a unique new, reflective look?

Well, it's hard to say because a good two-thirds of the song on this album that I've brought in

today are really great songs and there's lots to say about them.

And then the rest of it, do they really count as Beatles songs? I mean, I guess we'll find out

when we discuss them in more detail. We will, we will. I have to apologize to this well.

I phoned you up the other day and you said you were backstage about to go on stage. So you're

doing live performances again. Yeah, that's right. I was at my first gig in just over a year,

and I was extremely nervous.

It's the first time that I've been that nervous before a show

probably since I started,

because I was completely out of practice.

And I was forgetting all the chords.
