and I was so mad. I had reserved my spot in yoga class. I really wanted to go. I had been

looking forward to it all day. And then my car got stuck. I couldn't go. So I texted my yoga

instructor, really irritated and said, I'm so sorry, but I'm not going to be able to make yoga.

My car is stuck in this parking garage. And I don't know how to get it out. And she wrote

me back and simply said, you were not meant to be in the car right now. And I thought that

was amazing. And I know there's probably going to be one, two, maybe more times this week

where you're in a frustrating situation or maybe you're sitting in traffic or maybe you're

running late for something or maybe someone cancels on you and you're really bummed out about
