Hello everybody and a very warm welcome to the Good, the Bad and the Rugby. I hope you are keeping well.

I'm not saying the lions, which is now coming pretty thick and fast. We've got a heck of a show for you.

This week absolutely no doubt about it. But before we get into that, a quick marking of your card.

Normally you will know us as GBNR. But this week, even if I say so myself, we've done something a little bit different

and hopefully something a little bit clever as well. We are LGBNR TQ this week. Why?

Well, it's in support of pride. It's in support of the LGBT community. And also fundamentally, we always believe

at the Good, the Bad and the Rugby that we are an open church. Everyone is welcome. No matter where you come from,

no matter how much you like your rugby, no matter how much you like your Hask, everyone is welcome in the church of GBNR.

And with that in mind, we wanted to create some content called the Vodafone Breaking Through Series,

which dives deep into the journeys, the challenges and the experiences of some of our guests.

And in doing so, not only to have fun, to inform, to educate, but hopefully to leave one or two postcards of advice

from their experiences for others who might be following along in their footsteps. That's the concept.

That's why we did it. We had a really, really good time actually filming with three superstars.

It's going to be up on our YouTube channel before too long. And fundamentally, we're really proud of the content that we've produced.

So I hope you'll take a little bit of time to go and have a look at it. I hope it's informative, as I say.
