I oftentimes get my material from my closed group on Facebook, which if you are listening,

It's a beautiful community of supportive people and that is just if you go on Facebook

to be a member because it's a closed group, which keeps us, even though we're a large

community, we are an intimate community with ourselves and our sharing and that kind of

So I get a lot of my material from hearing what people are talking about on my Facebook

page because they're being very honest and they're sharing triumphs but they're also

sharing their challenges of doing any sort of emotional work to cure a physical condition

and of course a lot of people on that page are doing my work.

So one of the members of my page wrote a very moving post this past week and what she

said is something along the lines of I did this work, I was relatively pain free.
