It was the morning of November 28, 2012, when Deputy Stephen Ballard of the Knox County Sheriff's

Office paid a visit to 11-434 Golden View Lane in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was there to

perform a welfare check on its inhabitants and his body cam was on and recording as he
