The day after that, the funeral for O'Hala Khomeini, the Grand Ayatollah of Iran, was held.

People crowded around the casket, trying to touch it, and in the process, they nearly tore the casket apart.

His body fell out as people tried to get pieces of the death shroud.

On June 3rd, the Skydump, the first baseball stadium with a retractable roof, opened in Toronto, Ontario.

On Tuesday, June 20th, 1989, the number one song on the Billboard charts was satisfied by pop rocker Richard Marks.

The number one movie at the box office was See No Evil, Hear No Evil, starring the legendary

comedy pair, Richard Pryor and Gene Wilder.
