Summary

In the late 1960s, it appeared that a serial killer was stalking the cities of Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, Michigan. Was 23-year-old Jane Mixer a victim the serial killer? Or did someone else kill her? It would take over three decades before her family finally got answers.

That month, 23-year-old Jane Mixer was attending the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
