Summary

In September 1982, eight-year-old Kelly Anne Prosser was kidnapped and murdered while walking home from school in Columbus, Ohio. She wasn't the only young girl to go missing or be murdered in that area of Ohio during the early 1980s. Was there a serial killer at work? Or were several men doing horrible things?
