Hello, what's going on? It's an acquired taste podcast. It's a three quirky girlfriends. We are an acquired taste. Someone was calling me out on the fact that way. You guys name this podcast so that ensures that someone doesn't like it right away. That time is built in.

0:23.0

Yes, it's called brilliant title. It's called an acquired taste. We were going to go with the sparragus, but that was already taken.

0:30.0

So my name is Bethany. I'm here with my two girlfriends. This is Kathleen. Am I right? Hi. And Sam on my right. Hello.

0:36.0

And normally we come up with a topic or two that we want to talk about. But today we decided that we wanted to do a grab bag of topics.

0:44.0

Sort of stolen from the big show that we do, but it's fun to submit topics and then force your friends to answer the questions.

0:51.0

It's really fun to have this because I'm such a fan of theater of the mind. And now we get to like, yeah. So what we did is we all submitted five or six questions each.

1:01.0

Put them into the I dare you jar, which Sam has been shaking up all morning. And we're just going to go around the circle. Each person has to pull a question and answer it honestly.

1:11.0

If you don't answer it honestly, you get smacked in the butt. I want to say that Sam is very scientific about it because she was very careful to make sure that all the pieces were folded in the same way.

1:24.0

Good. Because it doesn't have bothered you guys when you have to like randomly pick something and you know this idiot crumbles into a ball. And you know that that's there.

1:31.0

Yeah, when I can bring my mild OCD to work and have it serve a purpose for others. That's that's where I shine. I like, oh, your OCD's mild.

1:38.0

Lucky.

1:40.0

The best song news. I can't have a cup for the ball.

1:43.0

Before you pick the first question, I also want to know if somebody can answer this for me. Is there a technique for folding paper that will give your piece a greater chance of being picked?

1:54.0

Should you want to win a car or a TV or a gummy papers one?

1:58.0

Yes, but then the argument is that the person drawing it is going to feel that big chunk of paper and be like, oh, that person's trying to get picked and then not pick it.

2:07.0

Maybe if they have that much thought going on, if I were rummaging through this.

2:13.0

If I were rummaging through this and I felt like a paper crane, even if I didn't want to pick that piece, I'd be like, what the hell is this?

2:20.0

Yes, and then I would have picked that person by default.

2:23.0

I'm just not as clever as those other grabbed colors.

2:26.0

That's how you win the paper crane.

2:29.0

Paper crane.

2:31.0

By the way, if you're listening right now, which you are because you're listening, she's Bethany.
