When it was time for his attorney to stand up and defend Greg, the results were not what

I was convicted on Monday, April 19th, and the Friday before that, it was kind of an off

day in court. The jury had the day off, and really all they did was get the ruling on the

motion to dismiss because my attorney had to take the day off and give a speech or

something in chapel Saturday my wife and I you know were thinking you know it'll be nice if we

heard her this closing argument before Monday it was funny.

It was like, I don't want to make him mad.

I was telling my wife, I said, but if you call him, maybe he won't tell him on me.

So she called my attorney.

And after she hung up, she looks at me.

She says, he said he was busy working in his yard and he would see it's in court on Monday.

This is the closing argument that Greg's attorney had declared was the most important part of his case.

It was the reason that no evidence was presented by the defense so that he would be able to have the last word.
