In today's episode, we'll discuss one of the most notorious cold cases in the history of New Jersey.

The case we're talking about began 30 years ago.

In the spring of 1991, 23-year-old Michelle Lizzynski and her 5-year-old son, Timothy Wiltsy,

lived in South Amboy, New Jersey.

South Amboy is one part of a pair of municipalities called the Amboys.

In early 1991, South Amboy had a population of around 7,800 people.

When she realized Timothy was gone, she found her 15-year-old niece who was at the carnival and told her that she couldn't find Timothy.
