I told Cali that she should start a podcast like a year ago

and it took me months of wearing her down, but she finally did it.

Earlier this year, she started something called the Pocket Podcast.

It was just five minutes long.

It came out on Sunday evening and it was just a motivational or encouraging or inspiring five minutes talk

that she would release on Sunday evening.

She could have it before you went to bed Sunday, first thing Monday morning.

And now we are going to try something.

We're going to roll that Pocket Podcast into the upside because it's basically the same theme.

It's so upside-y.
