Summary

Amy Neises was stalked by her unhinged next door neighbor. After Amy settled into her new condo, her next door neighbor began hysterically screaming out death threats, entered her place when she wasn't home and told Amy that she's been watching her comings and goings. After years of harassment Amy lodged a formal complaint to the HOA. Her stalker went ballistic, banging on her door, ringing her doorbell, and screaming at her through her door when she didn't answer. Amy turned to the police who treated her situation as a petty neighbor dispute until they discovered the truth about her stalker's long history of harassment and abuse.
