Summary

Rex Krebs was a 32-year-old man who began assaulting women at the age of 17 when he only got 36 days in prison after sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl. He continued to sexually assault more women and in 1998 in San Luis Obispo California, he kidnapped, sexually assaulted and murdered Rachel Newhouse and Aundria Crawford. 1:06.6	a lot to get through, so let's just hop right into it. Rachel Newhouse was born on June 16th of 1978
1:13.9	in California with her father, Phillip, her mother, Montal, and her younger brother Travis,
1:19.7	as well as her younger sister Ashley. Growing up, she was said to be an amazing child. She was
1:25.4	also amazing in school as well. She got straight A. She had lots of friends. She played sports,
1:31.6	such as track and soccer. She went to Irvine High School in Orange County, California,
1:38.4	and Rachel was described to be the type of like popular kid, but not the type of popular kid that
1:44.9	is like very snobby and talks about everyone behind their back. She was very, very sweet. She was
1:51.4	that type of popular girl that was like really involved in school spirit and like attended all the
1:57.0	football games and would like to include all of the shire people into like all of the school activities.
