We're going to start the next book of the Bible which is Deuteronomy, specifically we are

0:39.2

looking at Deuteronomy chapters 1 through 3. This book mostly contains a repetition of

1:45.9

and did not trust the Lord. Despite their disobedience, the Lord was faithful. He had brought them

1:54.8

through the trials of the wilderness and now they were on the brink of receiving God's covenant

promise. A covenant is a binding commitment and God was committed to bless his people.

2:08.6

Moses began the retelling of their wilderness journey with the scouts who first saw Canaan.

2:15.2

Moses sent men to observe the promised land and give them a report back. The report was great.

2:23.1

They confirmed that God had indeed given them a fertile land perfect for a nation to live off of.

2:31.5

They even brought back huge fruit as proof of its abundance, but this report did not strengthen
