When we launched our first episode in October of last year, we had no idea how much our world would change.

And here we are. You're still working the front lines, though it looks a bit different and we're still

here working to support your efforts yep I did it I used a wartime metaphor but

can we all stop doing that myself included when we talk like that it drops us

right into a mindset of struggle, pain, hopelessness.

And here at Science of Reading the podcast, we're committed to confronting the realities
