Now then. What's happening with youse. Hope life's treating you reasonably this week and you still have you ownership of your wheelie bin (for those of you not in the UK, it's been windy). This week, we've got an absolute treat for you. It's actor and screenwriter Emer Kenny. You might know Emer from channel 4's The Curse alongside previous TSP guests, Tom Davis and Michael Smiley, from the BBC's Father Brown, or from a bit further back on Eastenders. She's written for Harlots with previous guest Holli Dempsey and Save Me with Lenny James amongst loads more. She's an all-round brilliant and talented individual. Last week, she came round for a brew and a chat and we hit record. She and Craig discuss casting and auditions, London and Manchester, the building industry, sex scenes, discipline and creative spaces, and loads, loads more. You'll love it. Even though we're mates and we work together, it's very rare that we get to sit down and turn the spotlight and the focus on to one person for around an hour each week and that's what we do.

0:49.7

Week in, week out and this week is no exception because last week I got a knock on my door and Ima Kenny came round for a cup of tea and a chat.

0:59.7

It was fun. I invited her. She didn't just find out where I lived and come all over. It was arranged.

1:06.7

And we've never met before and I think we got on like a house on fire. It was such a laugh. She's really good company. I really think you can now enjoy this. Can I say really any more? Yes, I really, really can.

1:19.7

It's currently a half term where I am and we're just taking a break from learning how to draw manga characters and it's not raining, which is good so now we can go out this afternoon.

1:34.7

But if it's the only way you are, then you need to curl up and after this, I want you to go on all four channel four in the UK and watch a new series called The Curse, which stars are guest today.

1:48.7

Ima Kenny and past guest Tom Davis and Tom and James DeFront teamed up with the people just do nothing boys and create this show and it's very funny.

1:59.7

It's really good. Tom, as you know, from murder and successful, just a brilliant comedian. If you haven't heard his episode, do go back through the seasons and find it. I think Tom's in the first season.

And what the girls, it is brilliant. We do talk a bit about it. It's no spoiler than in this episode with Ima.

2:32.7

But we start off by talking about how I approached Ima and unbeknownst to me, her husband, the broadcaster Rick Edwards, who will be coming on the podcast in the next couple of weeks.

2:49.7

And this is how it started. Enjoy and I'll see you at the end.

And now we go live to Tyrrell's Farm.

2:58.7

When it comes to making truly tasty crisps, the folks here in Harifacher are masters of their craft.

3:04.7

Every batch of local spuds is thickly sliced, then hand cooked with their skins on to give them their characterful curls and extremely satisfying crunch.

3:13.7

These nifty curls also ensure every last sprinkle of seasoning stays on the crisps and not in the bag.

3:20.7

So choose Tyrrell's crisps for your next big bash. They're terribly, terribly tasty.

3:26.7

You know how nice it is to have somebody sort of ring the bell of my house and then come round and record a podcast.
