It's Thursday, so we're hurtling towards the end of the week, and if you've been in the UK, what glorious week,

otherwise it's been. I'm not going to bang on about whether it's not weather-podcast.

But it's really, I certainly lifted my spirits, so yeah, keep on that, please, weather.

We have no control, one in the UK, it's probably going to rain in a bit.

But until it does, letters enjoy this sunshine, it's been out top of here.

I went last Friday. It was very nice, it was slightly weird, lots of people around.

But we kind of got out of our dodge after an hour and a half or something before it all started to get a little bit messy.

Not me, the other people.

Nicholas Pinnock, you're going to know him from ITV's Marcella, you're known from Top Boy, all sorts of stuff.

It's really interesting episode this week. I mean, as you're here in the episode me and Nicholas and I have been in talks and discussions to get this pen down for.

We worked out three years, so a long time, and he does not disappoint.

I mean, it just gets slightly industry, I must admit.

But what it is, it's still about Nicholas as a human and his ethics and his morals and what he stands for and what he won't stand for.

And learning and the thirst for knowledge and mental health.

He's a stand up bloke, I really, really enjoy talking to him and I really hope you do too.
