It's Thursday and I'm off out for a walk and I'm looking up just underneath this tree

and there is not a cloud in the sky, the sun is beating down and I'm talking to you and I'm

feeling pretty good, I must admit. I really hope all is well with you and you're doing what you need to do. Look if you're

being all busy and creative or you've got a job or you know you're one of the

heroes who's a key worker and you're out doing all these things.

It's amazing.

And you know what, if you're having one of those days where you can't concentrate, your stomach was a bit nuts, and you feel a bit sick of everything and you're a bit angsty.

Just... here, look, I'm no doctor. do you know what I do I had a couple of days last week

where I wasn't feeling particularly great I have to say and I'm just going to go and sit down over here for a second, otherwise we'll just get

bombarded by traffic. I just sort of let it ride out. I didn't try and challenge it I just just sat with it for a bit and had a really

early night on Friday and I got up on Saturday morning and I felt all right I felt much

better I could see a bit of light at the end of the tunnel so

whatever's going on just my advice is to just sit with it now look before we get into

episode one two three with a brilliant brilliant stand up Mr Charlie Baker

I've got a little question for you I want to put to you now did you know that this year is our third year anniversary? We've

been doing this for three years and it's the thing in all those three years.
