I turned in a book.

I'm in that beautiful honeymoon phase between turning in a draft,

like a deeply shitty draft, let's be honest.

You guys this morning, I texted something to Jen

and I was like, I would rather jump off my roof

than share a draft of anything I've written online, like even a sentence of a draft.

And I, listen, bless all, every single one of you who is brave enough to be just out there writing and then

screenshotting what you wrote that afternoon and putting it on the whole internet.

I mean listen there's different people have different levels of their own.

No and listen if that listen first of all all of you are probably better than I am at drafting. So there is that, right? Qualifier, I am a terrible drafter. But also, I mean like the bravery, the courage, the chutzpah as they say of these people being able to just like let it all be

and that is a listen I mean I will I hate I hate posting any amount of my writing at any time in my career

Makes a sort of a funny job you have but I support there's a lot of like people talk to me about my books and I'm like

please don't look at me like let's not do that. So yeah so I turned in a draft two weeks ago

yesterday and I haven't received notes.
