And today we're talking about season 3 episode 7 titled

past pawn a run you're a chess guy what's a pass pawn?

uh... pass pawn refers to a pawn that's advanced past the ranks of the opposing pawn and thus has no direct

impediment to making it to the the final rank of the opposing enemy's side of the board which lets the

opposing player transform that piece into any piece they want, typically a queen.

It's not, it doesn't mean there's like no possible opposition

because obviously if the other player has any other piece

they can maneuver it to stop it.

But it just means that you're past all the other pawns and other than a major piece coming to play you've got an

unimpeded route to a huge upgrade and power and prestige. Does that get it right?

Sounds right to me.

And that clearly, like, you know, I had this as an open question

on an instant take podcast, but like,

it seems pretty clear that for sure

Caleb is the past one, he is the one being promoted.

And all the other, he's more important than all the other pawns,

and it's gonna take more than a pawn to take him out,

armed with this super cool Solomon strategy of cutting a baby in half.

He's going to cut a baby in half on live TV and people are just not going to know what to do about it. That's a Solomon strategy.

Is that a deep Bible cut? I feel like I sometimes I assume everyone's familiarly Bible stories but maybe not anyway look it up
