Summary
Between March 19, 2013, and March 29, 2013, Dennehy killed three men in cold blood and dumped their respective bodies in ditches on the outskirts of Peterborough.
She then attempted to kill two more men on the streets of Hereford, whom she'd picked at random, by attacking them with a knife.
As a result, Dennehy was handed a Whole Life Order on February 28, 2014, becoming only the third women in the history of the UK to receive one after Myra Hindley and Rose West.

| 0:17.7 | My name's Stuart Blues, and I'm excited for you to join me on this journey of morbid |
| 0:21.5 | discovery. I'm by no means an expert on the subjects of homicide and serial killers. However, I |
| 0:27.3 | have always had a sick fascination with them. Together, we will learn about some of the lesser |
| 0:32.1 | known British murderers, as well as glimpsing occasionally at some of the more notorious ones. |
| 0:37.4 | The bite-sized presentation of this podcast is intentional, |
| 0:40.8 | as we look to cover an overview of the respective timelines of each case succinctly. |

| 1:07.8 | Our story today is set in the medieval city of Peterborough in the east of England. |
| 1:12.9 | With a population of around 203,000 as of 2018, Peterborough is best known for its ancient cathedral, |
| 1:19.8 | which dates back to the early 12th century. Prior to that, a monastery stood on the site where today's |
| 1:24.9 | cathedral stood until the fire of 1116 destroyed it. |
| 1:29.3 | I always like to find out some historical information about the towns and cities where the |
| 1:33.6 | crimes I cover take place and I must say I had a bit of fun with Peterborough. |
| 1:38.3 | First of all, it seems to be one of those English towns that nobody can quite pinpoint on a map |
| 1:42.4 | or even tell you where it is. |
| 1:47.2 | Truth been told, I had to check Google Maps to find out where it is. |
