Sarah, I did one of my most hated chores, but with the highest impact this morning.

I watched a few windows.

Whoa.

Now, I've got to tell you, this is always one of those things where I'm like God fucking damn it like and then I wash a couple windows and I'm like boy that is a

real high-value housekeeping activity it is and you know what I bet you feel

very like accomplished afterward.

I don't window wash for hours. I watched three windows and felt okay about myself and then I'll do more later.

That's all that's how I roll.

I have not done anything so productive today. I took the dog out for a walk and then I read this good book until it was time for us to record. So I have to say this. I'm not going to name this other book that I'm going to talk about but I got really excited and I downloaded

this book that somebody recommended to me the other day because it was a trope that I

really like and one that we've covered on the podcast before.

And I got like a third of the way through and I was really bombed.

It just didn't work for me on multiple levels and I felt like it didn't like hit any of the

promise of the trope that I want like all the kink of the trope that I want.

I mean now I'm really speaking in obscure terms.

Yes. I'm not going to get too deep into it but there's something really

disappointing about buying a book based exclusively on the trope that you love right and then

having the book just not deliver on any of the like joyful like

sticky bits of that
