I am taking this class that Nisha Sharma told me

that I had to take, it's called Strengths for Writers,

and it's hosted by, it's sort of run by a person named Becca Sime who's like a life

coach as far as I can tell and a writing coach and it's one of these things that like

every once in a while on Twitter you'll see somebody just

singing the praises of Becca and this class like Katie Robert and I saw Jess

Michael's the other day talking about it And she has this academy called Write Better Faster and

frankly who doesn't want to write Better and faster? And so I was like I will

drop several hundred dollars on this sort of empty promise that

someday I will be able to not procrastinate and write faster and maybe I will

maybe it is not an empty promise I have not Becca yet. I'm getting ready for it.

But as part of it, you take this test called the Gallup, it's like run by Gallup, and it's called the Clifton Strengths test. Okay for writers or just for no

It's like for anybody can take this test as far as I can tell because it's run by Gallup, it's really more for like big corporations and like

HR companies like when they make you have mandatory like team training make you all take this test and then you all sit around a circle

and have to like discuss each other's strengths to be able to appreciate each other

better. So anyway it gives you a list of 34 things that are you know ways that people work and it

ranks them from one to 34 and it basically delivers you a personality test like the

Myers-Bregs or you know the Horoscope. So but they focus on the

top ten and so my top ten are all unsurprising if I read them to you would be like I could have you I could have saved you

$50 and given you this test by yourself. So anyway but I am numbers so it and the strengths are like, you know, relator or focus or communication or strategic and they all have these like you know very like you feel like you're going to
