I'm almost 40.

I will be 40 this weekend.

And as big of a number as that seems, I have to say that I am so happy to be reaching this milestone with a solid sense of self-awareness, mental health, which is very important, and spiritual alignment.

I am definitely still a work in progress, as you can probably tell if you've been listening to my show for a while.

But we all are works in progress if we're

here on the planet we still have work to do but i have a kind of faith in myself now and a trust

in the universe that makes moving forward a much less scary proposition than it was even a few years

ago and that is really on theme with what I want to talk about today.
