Summary

Today we continue our Sword and Sheild series. Our Scripture is Psalms 45:4. We tend to either lean towards grace or truth, but the Bible tells us to live in grace AND truth. We are to be victorious in the battle for truth whilst being meek! This sounds impossible, except that our lord showed us how.

0:19.6	In your majesty, ride out victoriously for the cause of truth and meekness and righteousness.
0:27.1	Let your right hand teach you awesome deeds, we're going to read a little bit more of that

0:33.6	In your majesty, ride out victoriously for the cause of truth, victorious for truth.
0:40.3	Right now, I believe in America, we have a battle going raging inside the church about
0:47.6	truth and grace.
0:49.0	Are you going to be a man of truth or are you going to be a man of grace?
0:53.9	The Bible, of course, teaches us, we are supposed to be men and women of truth and grace.
1:00.2	And if you lean too hard on one side, things are going to get pretty bad.
1:03.9	Now, it's not like saying you can lean too hard into truth.
1:06.4	I don't mean lean too hard.
1:07.4	What I mean is you become a person of great truth, but you have no grace for other people.
1:15.1	The reason that's a bad tendency is because we have no grace for the people.
1:18.5	You begin to think of yourself more highly than you should.
1:22.4	Maybe I deserve God's love, maybe I deserve God's grace.
1:26.0	Hold on, spoiler alert, you do not deserve God's love.
1:30.6	All of send and fallen short of the glory of God.
1:34.7	You need to be saved just like I need to be saved.
