If you see somebody for the first time in mid-January, do you say happy new year or at that point have you missed the happy new year window?

I don't think that there is a window in that when you see that person, if it is for the first time in the year I think that it is completely valid and fair

to recognize that this chapter has been turned this new leaf has been put upon us

where all is open in everything, including the friendships that we have,

either to go in a different direction or to augment and to improve upon it.

So I don't think that there is, and I don't think there should be any type of

arbitrary date when you say well you can't say that anymore. So if you want to say
