Paul Rabel. Now the premise of this show is simple. We unbuckle the unique lives

and untold stories of the best lacrosse players in the world.

PLL and Tik-Toc star writer Garnsey. Him and I sit down and discuss his time at

Notre Dame, the ups and downs, especially when he was declared academically ineligible right before his senior season started,

then decided to play in the playoffs against my alma mater, Johns Hopkins.

Among a wide range of other topics, Ryder gave us insight into his in-game mindset,
