really really excited to share my next guest. Now this guy here I actually actually didn't realize it, but I've been kind of following him for over 10 years.

I've been actually consuming his product for over 10 years and I just started watching actually just finished it

his Netflix original which was also with his co-host or maybe he was the co-host I think they're both the hosts

for the the TV show down to earth that is a Netflix original.

It was awesome and actually my 22 year old son is the one that introduced me to the show

and well his name is Darren O'lean

also known because he's, well, he's a superfood hunter.

And the product that I'm talking about is Shakeology, which is a beach body product, which I've

been taken now for over 10 years and didn't realize
