talks and this is exactly what we went over.

And there's actually four things that I cover here and it's the T EAT method. I had a look at that for a minute there.

T EAT method and really if you follow this method you will get results. The problem is

is we get ourselves in this rut of learning in a sense and what I'm going to do is I'm going to break this down for you so you can number one identify

the areas that you need to improve upon which for a lot of us it just means getting out of our own way and stop learning so much and start doing.
