But joining me now, Craig Simpson from the NHL on Sports Net and Hockey Night in Canada.

Game 3 on Saturday was kind of what we expected between these two teams, but normally

we would see a different results.

Simmer, first of all, thanks so much for doing this.

And second of all, how much did you look at that game

and say, you know what, Tampa should have won that game

and any other Maple Leaf team probably would have handed that game to Tampa.

How did you see Saturday?

I think it's very much like a playoff game where you have to ride the highs and lows you have to ride where you get a push from your opposition and can you stay in a game as opposed to allowing them to break it open.

I thought the second period, they at least just had their trouble.

I mean, they ice the puck probably five out of, you know, eight plays in a row

and got stuck with some match-ups that were difficult, gave up one goal off of a

face-off win after an icing. So, you know, those are the moments that you might say, yeah, in the past, maybe that would wilt them a little bit and

instead of being down by one or now you got a tie game you're gonna be down by

one or two and so those are the little things along the journey. You know you got to start

believing in the guys next to as a line. You got to start to know when you need to get a push.
