There's something about having another man that pushes you, that pulls you, that drives you, that causes you to level up and step up in the man you're capable of becoming.

So I joined when I was 17, still in high school, joined the National Guard, didn't really have any plans on what I want to do.

I wanted to be a warrior and a contributor to society.

I had to take responsibility for myself and for other people I didn't even know.

And that translates perfectly into running a business,

leading a family, coaching a sports team.

And so you started Order of Man,

can you explain why that became so evident to you as important.

You know, I imagine I think about what life would have been like had I had a father,

and I think what it comes down to is a level of confidence.

Now some people say, do you wish to you

had a father in my life. I would say,

because I don't think I'd be the same man that I am today

if I didn't have that. I don't think I would have gone on a quest to solve my own problems as a man, which in turn has

literally helped millions of people across the planet.

And we don't think about how fragile life is and we don't think about how powerful we are.

I mean, we really are.

You know, I don't want to be mediocre, I don't want to be average, I don't want people to not know who I am.

A lot of people say that's narcissistic or selfish, maybe, maybe it is, but I'm driven to be significant and I don't want to be insignificant. Oh, So, Oh, So, you're going to be.
