Man, let me tell you. Now the cat's out of the bag on Russ. Russ got his new job over at Stadium.

If you didn't check out the episode with Russ, you really should. It's fantastic.

I even got Russ to cry and that wasn't even my attempt. I wasn't even trying.

He said I'm like Oprah. I'm not like Oprah. I mean, I can get those Oprah dollars. That would be great.

But the episode of Russ is really top notch. I hope you go back and listen to it.

Scroll through all of the episodes of House of L. I guarantee you'll find something that you like

or someone that you didn't know that you liked, which is great.

Which is part of the reason why I'm excited about you here in this episode.

Because this is, it's interesting. Ryan McGuffey is one of the people that's behind the scenes,

but he's kind of slowly moved into the front of the scene, which I think is a good thing for everyone involved.

It's good for him. It's good exposure to someone who I think to be an incredible journalist.

It's good for consumers. And White Sox fans, especially, it's a good thing to have someone like him covering the White Sox.

I've known him for a really long time in the business. He's one of the people that I appreciate.

He's, he's someone who's opinion that I take fairly seriously.

If he's got an idea, I want to hear it. I want to play off of that idea if I can.

He's a senior producer over at NBC Sports Chicago.

He's a lot more than that. Like he, he uses words and video and, and puts it all together to, to make incredible content.

But he's done a great job of really covering the White Sox and this stretch of time that the White Sox are in,

where they went from the rebuild, the announcement of the rebuild happening.

And Rickon saying, look, we, we've been doing it one way and we need to switch it up.
