Tell people what you're up to now

Ryan you're in terms of your media stuff before we get started here and they'd always great to be on with you

Doing a bunch of different broadcast gigs. The main one is with Odyssey. It used to be called Intercom

Now I'm an Odyssey NBA insider with Ryan Scalibraini and a few other folks

So two different interviews around the country also do some work with NBA TV

Especially around the big events last year did the trade deadline and free agency live for NBA TV

And I'll probably do some more work with NBA TV this year

And then locally in New England

I do some work for this with the Celtics on NBC sports Boston and then also I do some teaching with sports business class

From what you're involved with I think we'll talk about a little bit later in the show

So on the basketball front I do that on the business front

I have some different things going on but trying to stay busy after being in front offices for 15 years

Trying to stay you know busy and engaged in a different way. Yeah, but also maybe slightly saner

Then you're a schedule. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, I have a lot more schedule controlled than I did

The 10 plus years with the Boston Celtics and then 5 plus as a GM of the Phoenix Suns in particular

You don't control the schedule the schedule controls you so for any young men or women who are listening to your show
