Summary
Ryan Hardy, the general manager of the Chicago Steel of the USHL joins Craig on this week's edition of the podcast. The Steel are one of the most successfully progressive franchise in hockey, and a leader in player development. The Steel follow the blueprint of the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs, and even employ Leaf development members Darryl Belfry and Adam Nicholas who help with the Steel's program too.
Ryan shares his philosophy on what mindset resilience development is and training their players in the days of COVID-19. Plus he talks about some of the young talent to grace the ice for the Steel including Adam Fantilli, Shane Doan's son Josh, Brendan Brisson, Sean Farrell and projected 2021 #1 pick Owen Power.
