Ryan, since we last spoke,

have you been surprised by any of the Diddy Development?

No, I mean, it's what I expected, actually.

You know, you're dealing with a billionaire, And so they have to be very judicious and

cautious. It's not so easy. He's got a lot of lawyers, got a lot of money. He's got a lot of

people with a vested interest in him to keep his mouth shut, who also are very wealthy and very

connected. So this is not so easy to prosecute. They even found weapons and drugs

where his where he's being held in New York. And that's like people said, oh, I bet he's going
