and today we're going to be talking about the book written by Ryan Bussie called Gunfight.

Ryan Bussie is a guy he worked in the firearms industry for about 25 years. He spent almost all

of that time at Kimber. And his book is,

well, it's about him changing sides, basically. Now, technically the book is not supposed to be

about that. It's supposed to be an inside look, an expose, an account of what the gun industry

is really like. And his idea is that the gun industry has

changed over the 25 years that he was in there, which is true. It has. But it's changed from

being a nice, outdoorsy, friendly, tradition-loving industry into something that is 100% radicalized and jam-packed with extremists.

And Ryan Bussie didn't just leave the gun industry because he found all these extremists distasteful.

He actually did swap sides.

It isn't in the book so much, but on the back of the book, if you look at the endorsements,

you can see Gabby Giffords, Shannon Watts, people like that.

People who are not just politically left, but politically hard left, and actively engaged in anti-gun stuff.

And that is where Ryan Buss works currently.

He is currently an advisor,

a senior advisor to the Giffords folks. So I was kind of curious about this book. I was less curious about the political side of things, but I was curious about the industry stuff.

And unfortunately, I'll tell you right off the bat, there's not nearly as much

industry stuff. There's not nearly as much business stuff in this book as I had hoped. It is

almost entirely political. Ryan Bussie is the perfect example of the difference between being

pro-gun and being pro-second amendment. And technically, he's not even pro- pro gun. He's pro some guns and he's pro

some gun ownership. I know that a bunch of people have been calling him a fud because he likes bolt guns and
