Rishy Sunak's flagship Rwanda bill is facing its first test in the House of Lords this evening.

Peers, including the Archbishop of Canterbury, have already criticised the principles of the bill,

while the Lib Dems, bless them, are pushing to kill it entirely. The move is expected to fail, but

peers have indicated they will try to strip out key powers of the bill

as it progresses. We're not quite sure how it's progressing or where it's

progressing or when it's going to be finished. But here to discuss the bill.
