0:06.7	We begin with a concerning story from KKCO-11 out of Grand Junction, Colorado, where numerous
0:12.3	people report being left in debt over RVs that they no longer possess.
0:17.4	The situation involves a local dealer, Bob Scott RV, who is engaged to sell customers
0:22.0	RVs on consignment.
0:24.4	After deducting commission and other fees, the remaining profit should have been returned
0:28.7	to the original owner.
0:30.2	However, according to the report, several customers claimed they never received the money
0:33.9	they were owed after their RVs were sold.
0:36.8	One of the affected customers reported that she and her husband gave their trailer to
0:40.3	Bob Scott RV at the end of summer 2022.
0:43.8	Two months later, they were informed that the trailer had been sold for $37,000.
0:49.1	After commission and fees, they were expecting a return of just over $31,000.
0:54.2	Unfortunately, they never received the payment.
0:56.8	And as far as their bank is concerned, they still own the trailer and are on the hook
1:00.6	for their loan.
1:01.9	They heard numerous excuses from the dealer ranging from tight finances to a secretary's
1:06.0	health issues, causing delayed payments.
1:08.8	After they threatened legal action and police involvement, Bob Scott RV reportedly ceased
1:13.4	communication with the couple altogether.
1:15.8	Other customers have reported similar stories on the Better Business Bureau's website
