Welcome to the RV podcast. This is episode 4.41. And in this episode, we talk about RV electricity, and this is my lifelong traveling companion,

and my bride, Jennifer, and this episode has us coming to you from the beautiful

emerald coast of Florida's Panhandle. We are not far from Destin, Florida. The beach is beautiful. The waves are big. Temperatures are in the upper 70s. And we're thinking about leaving. That's kind of crazy, isn't it?

We've been here three weeks. We've got places places to go can't stay once about too long that's the trouble with the RV lifestyle we have

wanderless but we are planning to head north to Lab Lally Ridge that's what we call our

five acres little RV retreat some land we own in Tennessee at the

woodlands near Lyndon, Tennessee, in mid-Tennessee. And like most of the country, the midsection

of the country, it has had its share of storms over the past three weekends in a row. Of course, those storms will have a

news report on it in the RV news section coming up a little later on the podcast, but just a

loss of life, devastation. We were a little surprised to look at our security camera for our

property and find two trees

leaning across it. Nothing like smashed down on it but they kind of like went over

and they just like leaned against the roof. And the good news is they were small trees. They were

not huge trees. They're probably about maybe that big around but that's still pretty

hefty but could have been and there were you know lab lally

pines so they weren't like big heavy oaks but thanks to our neighbors uh brad and uh and jim we

they climbed up on the roof and with a chainsaw and gently uh got it all cut off and we're uh

we're going to head up we are very very grateful and we've got some great neighbors

at the woodlands. We do. And we're going to head up and see them all in a week or so.

Hope to see as many as possible. Yep. But those dangerous storms are, in fact, as we, ready for this

one, another one's supposed to be going through the country this episode
