Mark Ruta is the longest serving Prime Minister of the Netherlands and

currently one of the longest serving in Europe. He came to power in October

2010 nearly 13 years ago. Mr. Ruta is known internationally for being very

smiley and exuding regular guy vibes in jeans and a polo top. He's also known
