0:48.9	And this is not a milestone or marker I have ever mentioned before.
0:53.0	I didn't say anything about the 300th episode or the 200th episode.
0:58.7	But when I mentioned to my co-producer Josh that this was the 400th episode, he said,
1:05.0	man, Jay, I know you never say anything about how many episodes, but maybe this is one.
1:06.7	Isn't this one to say something about?
1:09.5	I guess he's right.
1:11.7	It's a pretty big accomplishment.
1:15.3	400 episodes in eight years.
1:18.2	It's no small feat, and I should own it.
1:20.1	So guess what?
1:23.6	Today is the 400th episode of this show,
1:31.4	and I still love doing it as much as I ever have. I think I'm better at it than I've ever been. And I continue to really feel that is a soul-fulfilling project that connects me to a lot of people
1:41.1	who I would never have connected to. But I have to admit, there's a little bit of a bitter sweetness to it.
